• As you enter the main gate inform security that you will be attending a conference, you will then be directed to an alternative entrance inside the main area.

• Your name will appear on a list at the second gate, please show identification.

• There is parking available.

• Registration is inside the park across from Barney's restaurant, we will be available from 2pm on Sunday.

• Please ensure you book a slot in advance if you would like to attend the mining tour (https://forms.gle/fvwhXnGG2WtYFqm87), please only do so once.

• Please note the park is open until 5pm on Sunday, those staying on site will have access to using the rides.

• The welcome braai is at Barney's from 6pm on Sunday.
