Abstracts in all fields of the aquatic sciences (freshwater, estuarine and marine) are invited and can be submitted for consideration either as oral or poster presentations.

Due to time constraints, please note that there is no guarantee that your preferred format will be awarded.

Abstract Submission Information:

• The deadline for abstract submission by 17 April 2024.

• The maximum number of words in the abstract is 250.

• A full title and all authors with affiliation should be clearly indicated. The presenting author’s name should be underlined

• Please ensure that the email addresses as submitted are correct as these addresses will be used in all correspondence and acceptance notifications.

• Late submissions will not be considered.

• Please use the formatting in the template provided below and complete all of the required information.

• Email the completed abstract form to sasaqssetac.abstracts2024@gmail.com

• Abstract acceptance letters will be sent out from 8 April 2024.

 

Presentation Information:

• Oral presentations:

  • Presentations will be limited to 12 minutes, with 3 minutes for questions.

• Posters:

  • Posters should be A0 in portrait (84.1 cm wide x 118.9 cm tall).
